SUBMISSION OF REPORT ON DUAL MANDATE SUMMIT

In further pursuit of the realization of the current running of NCE and Degree in Education (Dual Mandate) at Colleges of Education, the Executive Secretary, Professor Paulinus Chijioke Okwelle, set up an Expanded Committee on 17th June, 2025.

The Committee was to come up with suggestions on how to organize a Summit on seamless take-off of the Dual Mandate in the colleges from the 2025/2026 academic session.  The Committee submitted its report on 20th June, 2025. Receiving the report, the Executive Secretary commended the committee for the prompt attention given to the exercise. He promised that the Management will study the report and ensure prompt implementation of its recommendations within the shortest possible time. 

Members of the Committee were: Dr. Ali Adamu, mni ( Chairman), L. B. Aremu, Nuhu Ogirima, Danladi Msheliza, and Dr Ahmed Bassa, Tunji Caroll. Abdullahi Alhassan and Wilberforce Astira were Secretary and Assistant Secretary, respectively.
