SERVICOM - An Overview

SERVICOM is an acronym for Service Compact with all Nigerians. It is an initiative of the Federal Government established in 2004 to promote effective and efficient service delivery in Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs).

The National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE) SERVICOM Committee was inaugurated in August, 2005 and operates under the direct purview of the Executive Secretary’s Office. The Committee serves as an internal platform for promoting transparency, responsiveness, and compliance with service delivery standards across departments.

Since its inception, it has worked consistently to improve service quality and efficiency within the NCCE and the Federal Colleges of Education nationwide.
